Body Mind and Spirit
So are you

Embodied Mindful and Spirited
So can you
and so can our children.

Some of our children already are, still are. For those of us who have forgotten, buried or lost connection…

It’s all just noticing, practice and awareness.

Notice first.
Be open to noticing and then,
practice noticing,
practice until it comes naturally.
Noticing becomes awareness.
Not just seeing something but beginning to understand it.
Practice awareness.
Practice awareness until it comes naturally and then something happens,
it integrates and becomes part of who you are.

Having a body becomes being Embodied
Having a mind becomes being Mindful
Having a spirit becomes being Spirited

Our being is what our children inherit from us.

They will be
Embodied
Mindful
Spirited
in life if we can be.

They will approach life from a place of wholeness and flow if we can.

They will be resilient to what life brings them. They will move through the bumps with ease.

They will be able to love themselves, trust themselves and share their gifts with the world.
